3. Booking and Scheduling

To schedule a service, clients must provide accurate and complete information. We strive to accommodate your preferred dates and times, but availability may vary.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash.
• Invoices will be issued after the service is rendered.
• Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Liability

Gardening Gardener is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We ensure a reasonable standard of care but cannot guarantee absolute results.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Provide clear access to the property.
• Ensure pets are secured during service times.
• Inform us of any known hazards or specific instructions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Gardening Gardener, including designs and materials, remains our intellectual property. Unauthorized use or distribution is prohibited.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gardening Gardener operates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.

11. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We adhere to strict confidentiality standards and will not share your personal information without your consent, except as required by law.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with proper notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments for services rendered must be settled promptly.

13. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures in service due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, or other unforeseen events.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Gardening Gardener harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

16. Entire Agreement
